You can instantly top up your wallet using any UAE Debit Card directly within the LuLu Money app.

- Locally (UAE): Processed seamlessly via the Jaywan local payment network across domestic stores, point-of-sale (POS) terminals, and UAE ATMs.
- Globally & Online: Processed through the unionpay network for international shopping, subscriptions, e-commerce, and global ATM cash withdrawals.

What are the primary features?
- • International Remittance: Direct transfers to bank accounts or cash pickup locations worldwide.

How do I withdraw cash or cash out?
• Transfer money back to a UAE bank account via IBAN.
• Use the Cash Out / SMS Cash feature to withdraw physical cash from designated ATMs without a card.

Can I close my digital wallet account completely online?
Yes, you can initiate and complete the account closure process digitally through your wallet app

What is the mandatory step before closing my wallet?
You must bring your account balance to AED 0.00 before submitting a closure request. If you have a remaining balance, the wallet system will not allow you to close the account.

How can I clear my wallet balance to AED 0.00?
You can zero out your account using any of the following methods:
- • Cash Out via ATM: Withdraw your remaining funds at an ATM using your physical/virtual card or the app's ATM Cash-out option.
- • IBAN / Aani Transfer: Send the remaining funds to another local bank account or digital wallet using your IBAN or registered mobile number.
- • Make a Purchase: Spend the exact remaining balance on a retail purchase or a utility/telecom bill payment.

Why did my card top-up or money transfer fail?
Common reasons include:
• Exceeding your daily or monthly limit.

What happens if I send money to the wrong IBAN or mobile number?
Because local instant transfers (via Aani) are processed in real-time, transactions cannot be reversed automatically. The app displays the recipient's name before you press confirm—always double-check this field. If sent in error, you must contact customer support to raise a recall request with the recipient's bank

What should I do immediately if my card is lost, stolen, or compromised or raise a dispute ?
- 1. Lock in App: Open the LuLu Money app, go to Card Management / Settings, and toggle Block Card to temporarily freeze your card instantly.
- 2. Call Customer Care: Immediately dial 600 522204 to permanently block the card and request a replacement.
- 3. Call Customer care to raise a dispute on your transactions
